Welcome to our U S Navy League web site for the Palm Springs Council. Our main thrust is citizens in support of the sea services: the U S Navy, the U S Marine Corps, the U S Coast Guard, and the U S Merchant Marines.
Although our membership includes many veterans, we are not exclusively a veteran’s organization. Our members include citizens from all walks of life that advocate national pride, a strong national defense and support for the sea services. We welcome your interest in and invite you to join our organization

In addition, we sponsor a Sea Cadet Program, an ongoing adjunct to our Navy League Council with about 30 young adults from ages of 12 to 18 committing one weekend a month to this program.
.
We meet every month and have interesting programs that are both informative and entertaining. The meeting starts with a social gathering, then a luncheon followed by a program consisting of speakers from the military, national defense and other topics of interest.
Some of our other activities include:
Ship tours and rides
Receptions for Navy and Coast Guard ships
Awards programs honoring local sea service units
Support Sea Cadets and Local ROTC functions
Membership Drive - Social events
